Warmup
1x10 Incline Pushup
1x5 Horizontal Pull
Work Sets
2x28, 1x31 Incline Pushup
3x12 Horizontal Pull
Looking back on this, it's clear that I was getting impatient and pushing out more reps at the expense of form.
