Day 27: 7 January 2015 - Squat/Leg Lift
Only two sets today. My knee was obviously still injured, so I stopped after two sets rather than risk exacerbating the issue.
Warmup
1x5 Jackknife Squat
1x5 Knee Tuck
Work Sets
2x35 Jackknife Squat
2x25 Knee Tuck
