Sometime over the break I sprained a tendon in my thumb. As of this writing (27 January), it's still not quite right. Accordingly I haven't done any fingertip pushups since December of last year.
Not feeling the pullups this morning - could only do sets of 11.
Warmup:
1x10 Incline Pushup
1x5 Horizontal Pull
Work Sets
3x27 Incline Pushup
3x11 Horizontal Pull
