Warmup
1x5 Jackknife Squats
1x5 Knee Tucks

Work Sets
3x34 Jackknife Squats
3x24 Knee Tucks

Injured my knees today by being stupid. See this entry for more details. It took almost a month for me to be able to do squats again.
